Please make sure you are trying to use the correct L2S-NAS Admin Portal URL. Also, make sure that no IP Address access list is assigned to your Login; You can confirm this with Superadmin.

Under the System Interfaces Sub-menu, there is an option to +Add VLAN. Select the Parent Interface & the Add VLAN form fields values carefully to create the desired VLAN ids for specific purpose.

Delete button shown on the System Interface & Newly Added VLAN sections work to delete the selected VLAN.
You will not be allowed to delete VLAN If there is an active PPPoE or IPoE service running on the VLAN interface, Please make sure you remove the service first. It will ensure there are no users logged-in to that particular VLAN interface.
It indicates that the PPPoE services added from L2S Central Portal are running on those VLAN interfaces. It shows the current state and the active connections on it.
PPPoE Service can be added through L2S Central Server Portal. You can add the PPPoE Service when you have sufficient admin rights to create it or else contact the Administrator.

DNA for IPv4 pools and IPv6 pools can be managed through the DNS Configuration tab under the System Configuration.
